Orders & Shipping 

How can I place an order?
You can place your order online through our webshop, or give us a ring at our studio at 929-337-8778. We’re here from 9am-5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday. We are happy to answer questions about orders, returns and exchanges, wholesale inquiries, custom projects and whatever other fun things you might want to chat about. 

When will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of confirmation. You will receive an automated message from specifying the carrier and tracking number once your order has shipped. If an item is not in stock an alternate ship date will be listed in the product description. 

Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Bridgeton, Missouri unless otherwise specified.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please find the shipping rate for your region at checkout. 

Can my order be expedited?
All orders to the continental US can be expedited by selecting 'Rush Fulfillment' at checkout. The charge for overnight service is $50. Orders must be received by 3pm EST to be eligible for same-day shipping via Next-Day Air. Please note that overnight shipments can not be delivered on weekends.

What if my order (or part of my order) is out of stock?  
If a product is our of stock, the anticipated ship date will be listed in the product description for that item. If your order contains some in-stock and some out of stock items, your products will be shipped together as soon as they are all available. We limit Good Thing's environmental impact by shipping your complete order all at once rather than in separate shipments. You have the option to cancel an order on backordered stock until the ship date listed in the product description. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If you have receive a damaged or broken item, please contact mail@supergoodthing.com within five days of receipt to and we'll send you a new one right away. We do not offer returns or exchanges on undamaged items. We do not replace damaged items more than five days after receipt. We are currently unable to accept returns on international orders for any reason.

What if I am not home to receive my order?
A person over 18 must be present to receive all orders. Any order returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts will be reshipped at the customer’s expense. 

How do I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we can not accept exchanges on undamaged orders. 

Can I cancel my order? 
Any order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order confirmation. We do not accept cancellations on rushed orders. We do not allow cancellations due to delays caused by the shipping provider. To cancel an order, please email mail@supergoodthing.com with your order number.

Materials & Care

We are proud to offer products made from many materials using a variety of manufacturing techniques. Each material has its own inherent properties and some products, while built to last, may vary from piece to piece or change over time.

As opposed to a silvered piece of glass, our mirrors are made from a highly polished stainless steel sheet. Due to the inherent properties of the material, the surface of the mirrors may have minor inconsistencies.

Our brass Stand-Up Bottle Opener is made from an unfinished piece of solid brass. Over time the surface will develop a patina. While we believe this patina enhances your connection with the product, it can be cleaned using a standard brass polish.

Design & Manufacturing

Who designs Good Thing’s products?
We collaborate with some of the best and brightest designers from around the world. Each design studio that we work with shares our love of manufacturing and curiosity about process, while offering an entirely unique perspective.

Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured by a wide variety of suppliers from around the world. Most of our objects come from Thailand, Taiwan, China and the USA.

Why did you move your production overseas?
Moving much of our production overseas was a really difficult decision, but a very important one to bring our customers the level of quality that they deserve. Our suppliers have experience handling larger production runs and the technology to execute our products to a very high standard. We have been careful to seek out producers who are skilled and responsible and we take pleasure in working with individuals who know their craft so exceptionally well.
