Materials & Care
We are proud to offer products made from many materials using a variety of manufacturing techniques. Each material has its own inherent properties and some products, while built to last, may vary from piece to piece or change over time.
As opposed to a silvered piece of glass, our mirrors are made from a highly polished stainless steel sheet. Due to the inherent properties of the material, the surface of the mirrors may have minor inconsistencies.
Our brass Stand-Up Bottle Opener is made from an unfinished piece of solid brass. Over time the surface will develop a patina. While we believe this patina enhances your connection with the product, it can be cleaned using a standard brass polish.
Our Falling Line Rugs are 100% New Zealand wool flat woven rugs. We always recommend professional cleaning for your rug. If a spill occurs (it happens!), treat the affected area immediately – the longer it sits on the rug, the harder it will be to remove the stain. Vacuum regularly with a non-beater bar vacuum head. Do not use rotating brushes on the rug as this may cause damage.
Please note that while our photography represents the products’ colors as accurately as possible, not all screens are calibrated for colors in the same way. Colors may vary in person from what you see on your screen.
